1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our hosting services. Cyber Server Sea offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund of your hosting fees.
2. Eligible Services
The following services qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Shared Cloud Hosting: All tiers (Starter, Professional, Business).
- WordPress Managed Hosting: All managed WP plans.
- Reseller Hosting: All reseller packages.
3. Non-Refundable Services & Fees
To maintain our competitive pricing and cover third-party costs, certain services are non-refundable:
- Domain Names: Registrations, renewals, and transfers (once processed, these are final).
- SSL Certificates: Issued certificates cannot be refunded.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers: Due to the dedicated resource allocation and setup time involved.
- Administrative Fees: Setup fees, migration fees, and custom development costs.
- Software Licenses: cPanel, Plesk, and other third-party licenses.
4. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, please follow this procedure:
- Submit a formal request through our Billing Support Portal.
- The request must be made within 30 calendar days from the initial purchase date.
- Briefly explain the reason for cancellation (we use this feedback to improve our services).
5. Method of Payment
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For payments made via local Pakistani gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer), we may request additional details to facilitate the reversal. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Abuse & TOS Violations
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, hosting illegal content, or phishing) are not eligible for any refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests to users who have a history of frequent cancellations or other suspicious activity.
