Cyber Server Sea offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and reseller hosting accounts. If you're not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
Eligible Services
The following services are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Shared Hosting Plans
- WordPress Hosting Plans
- Reseller Hosting Plans
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are NOT eligible for refunds:
- VPS Hosting (due to dedicated resource allocation)
- Dedicated Server Hosting
- Domain Registration Fees
- SSL Certificates
- Setup Fees (if applicable)
- Add-on Services (backups, security, etc.)
- Renewal payments (only new accounts qualify)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via email at info@cyberserversea.pk
- Provide your account username and registered email
- State the reason for your refund request
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Your hosting account will be terminated upon refund processing
- All data associated with your account will be deleted
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent payment or chargeback attempts
- Abuse of our refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Account suspension due to policy violations
